REDLANDS

Supportive Housing

The Redlands property, is a conversion of the former Good Nite Inn into 100 units of permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals, people experiencing homelessness, and those at risk of homelessness under the Homekey Round 2 Program. The project is funded by a combination of public and private sources.

The building is located in an amenity-rich, walkable neighborhood with access to public transportation, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other conveniences. It includes fully furnished studios, including units for persons with mobility, aural, or visual disabilities, and a variety of on-site amenities.

Individualized supportive services focusing on long-term stability and housing retention are provided at no cost to the tenant under Housing First and Harm Reduction principles. The project prioritizes community and tenant safety while bringing together valuable resources that increase the entire community’s quality of life.
