Experience

I bring over 22 years of lodging experience that includes 15 years of hotel brokerage experience. During my career, I have been recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” in real estate investment sales. My specialty is establishing strong client relationships that result in the client achieving their goal of buying, selling, refinancing, re-positioning or exchanging. My analytical, strategic approach allows my clients to harness market trends, optimize property positioning, and determine project feasibility.

Additionally, I have deep relationships with the principles of select and full-service hotels in California, Oregon, Nevada and throughout the Country. I have extensive and my deal activity is most active throughout the West Coast.
